Once we get started…
Most coaching is done on the phone. In this way, I can listen without interruption or distraction at a deep level, hearing what you say… and what you don’t.
Coaching happens 2-3 times a month for 35-45 minutes each time, and you get the added benefit of unlimited emails between sessions. There is no long term contract — we just go from month to month. Some clients hire me for 2-3 months, while others coach long term to continue accelerating their writing and personal growth.
“Carolyn helped me identify ways I undermine my own writing process, helping me clear a path in my mind to write with joy, energy and love. With a full-time job and a family, I have struggled to stay on track with writing my book. But with Carolyn's listening and reflection, I moved from "overwhelm" to productive, meeting my writing goals. I no longer write alone.”
“Today you uplifted my soul.”
"When I came to Carolyn, there was a colossal distance between where I was and where I wanted to go. And it wasn't just the distance, it was the stagnation that emerged from my lack of direction. After just a couple meetings, I gratefully embarked on some Carolyn-inspired self discovery exercises which propelled me in the right direction. Carolyn had the unenviable task of helping me find some long-lost inner resources that are now front and center in my daily writing life."
“Week after week, Carolyn has guided me from my garbled thoughts to the deeper questions that lay beneath them. With gentle probing and subtle suggestions, she leads me back to my own heart and mind, and to the wisdom that lies therein.”
“Thank you Carolyn for all your help. Seriously. I would have really had to flounder otherwise. The unexpected perk is that you've helped me re-discover how much I love to write. DUH! Sometimes what we like and are good at are so obvious we don't even see it. Meanwhile, I will continue to need you, so just keep my account open!” |
